Sprucedale’s Incredible View

The beautiful, peaceful surroundings are just one of the things that bring guests back year after year. Sprucedale is surrounded by the Apache National Forest, with its stand of Ponderosa Pine, Aspen, and of course, Spruce trees. The grassy meadows are decorated by a wide variety of wildflowers and crystal-clear streams, with deer, elk , antelope and big horn sheep grazing nearby.

Meals

The Wiltbank family and their capable and friendly crew serve up great home-cooked meals family style. Whether you want to experience truly decadent western style cooking or prefer to dine on the lighter side, three hearty meals are served daily. Scrumptious homemade bread and desserts are also prepared daily.

Cabins

We have 13 cabins with full baths and porches. They each have wood burning stoves and the beds have home made quilts. Cabins vary in size accommodating 3 to 7 people. Normal Ranch attendance is from 30 to 45 people per stay. We can work with larger groups (reunions and etc.). See reunion section for large group information.

The Lodge

We have a large lodge for your family to come relax in, to play games, to get to know other guests and to enjoy mealtime. The cracklin’ wood burning stove and sitting area create a perfect spot for taking in the rustic relaxation of ranch living. For the outdoor spectators, our lodge also boasts a huge wrap around porch where breathtaking vistas are easy on the eyes.
