CANCELLATION POLICIES/FEES:

To move your reservation within the same year there is no charge if it is 90 days before your reservation. After 90 days you will be charged a $100 fee to move your reservation within the same year and a $100 fee to move to another year. If you move your reservation 30 days before and you are on a full capacity week it is a loss of deposit.

If you cancel your reservation before February 1st of the year of your reservation, your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee will be refunded to you. Only ½ of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel between February 1st and April 1st, and all cancelations after April 1st will result in a loss of deposit.

There is a $100 charge for any person in your reservation that does not show up with their party unless we are notified 30 days before your arrival.

SPECIALTY WEEKS:

A 50% deposit is due when making a reservation. We'll refund your deposit, minus a $100 cancelation fee, up to 90 days before your scheduled Specialty Week. After 90 days we will refund ½ of your deposit up to 60 days before your reservation. After 60 days it is a loss of deposit.

If you would like to move your reservation to the next year you need to let us know 60 days before your scheduled Specialty Week and there is a $100 fee. After 60 days ½ of your deposit can be moved to another year. After 30 days it is a loss of deposit.

RESERVATIONS & CABIN ASSIGNMETNS:

Our summer season is getting busier every year and with that, guests are booking 1-2 years out. We know that some of you have specific weeks that you love to come. Please know that we love you, but we will not hold cabins for you or your group. You are more then welcome to book 1-3 years out.

Cabin assignments are based on size, mobility, and date of reservation made. We try our hardest to give everyone the cabins that they love but you are not promised those cabins. If you do not want to be moved, you can pay full capacity for the cabin, and you will not be moved.
