We invite you to join us this September 1-7 and/or 15-21, 2024 at Sprucedale Guest Ranch for 2 weeks of Fundamental Horsemanship clinics with Clinton Anderson Method Ambassador Staci Hancock!

Staci is an exceptional horsewoman and will help you elevate your horsemanship in ways you never thought possible, while helping you build a bond with your horse that will be unforgettable! These clinics will be hosted at  Sprucedale Guest Ranch in cool pines of the White Mountains (Elevation 8,000ft). Sprucedale has been ranching for over 100 years and is an idyllic setting for this experience.

These clinics will be exceptional as Staci shares the secrets of natural horsemanship in such a serene, special place. This will be a highlight in your equestrian journey!

Deposit:

  • 50% down
  • 25% by June 1st
  • 25% due at the end of your stay
  • Taxes and gratuity not included.

15 Participant Max (Spectators welcome):

  • Whitney and Staci will both greet guests.

Arena:

  • 75x100 arena
  • 40ft round pens x2

Guests Information:

  • Need to notify us 3-6 months prior if they will be bringing a horse
  • No limit on buddy’s in cabin
  • If bringing a 5th wheel:
    • $250 discount for hookups
    • $500 for dry camping
  • No multiple horses. 1 horse only
  • BYO Beer
  • Dog waiver and fee
  • Liability for riders on own horses
  • No videos. Pictures only.

Vet needs:

  • Owners Responsibility
  • No refunds due to horse injury

Photographer:

  • Discount Rate

Diet Restrictions:

  • Extra fee

Participant Rules:

  • Be cool, play nice, don't offer advice...Unless specifically sought!

Administrative Items:

  • No specialty rides or trailering
  • Multiple week discount
  • Check in - must sign waivers at check in

Notes:

  • Personal Photos: Photos are meant to be for your personal use only, not for commercial purposes or public viewing. Absolutely NO VIDEO CAMERAS or RECORDING.
  • Required equipment: Riding boots. Proper riding boots with a heel are required. No flip flops, tennis shoes or other footwear other than approved riding boots will be allowed in the arena.
  • Downunder Horsemanship Rope Halter and 14' Lead Rope - NO OTHER BRANDS ACCEPTED.
  • Handy Stick String - 4ft stick with detachable 6ft string.
  • Bridle and Snaffle Bit and chin strap (Mecate reins or loop reins with a spanker are highly recommended). NO SHANK BITS.
  • Well-fitting saddle and saddle pad with correctly sized girth.

Other Policies:

  • No Stallions, Mules or Donkey allowed. Appropriate footwear is required at al times during the clinic.
  • Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the start of the clinic.
