"This was our first trip to Sprucedale (July, 2020), and we will be back for sure! We traveled with friends who have been going to the ranch for many years - since their children were young. What made us decide to go was that their now young-adult children wanted to go back with their parents! The horseback riding was amazing, and it was wonderful to be "off the grid" for a week. The ranch made all adjustments required & appropriate for the coronavirus pandemic, but that didn't affect our vacation negatively in the least. The Wiltbank family and their amazing group of wranglers and kitchen staff made this vacation special. If you're looking for a down to earth getaway, we highly recommend Sprucedale. The price is reasonable, and the location is beautiful."

"My family has been going to Sprucedale since I was a baby, and it never disappoints. The scenery is breath taking and the horse rides are a magical experience. The wranglers help you improve your riding and you get to actually ride (not just walk in a straight line). The all day ride to the swimming hole on Thursday is a highlight, truly an amazing experience. When you are there you feel like family...the staff is friendly and helpful. The night time activities (games, line dancing, bon fire, skit night, etc.) are fun and memorable. The food is fantastic and the cabins are perfectly rustic. It's the best place imaginable for kids...they run around freely all week and never once complain about a lack of tvs or video games because they're too busy enjoying all of the open space. Sprucedale will forever be one of our favorite places on earth."
